More info

The controller is designed to control phytolamps with Mean Well drivers that support dimming and have a separate wire for this (PWM, 0-10V, 100kΩ resistor).

   Controller functionality:

1️⃣ Clock + daily timer. Adjusts the lamp operating time in the range of 0-24 hours, resolution 1 minute. For example, turn on the lamp at 08:01, turn off the lamp at 00:00.

2️⃣ Sunrise and sunset. Sunrise (Rise): smooth turning on of the lamp from 10% of maximum power (driver feature) to the power set by the dimmer. Duration of dawn is 30 minutes. Sunset (Set): smooth fading of the lamp within 30 minutes from the power set by the dimmer to 10% of the maximum power and then completely turning off the lamp, switching to Night mode.
Sunrise starts at the set switch-on time, according to the example it is 08:01 and ends 30 minutes later, at 08:31. Sunset according to the example will begin at 23:30 and end with the lamp completely turned off at 00:00. IMPORTANT! The Sunrise/Sunset function can be disabled. The function is automatically turned off when the lamp's 24-hour period is less than or equal to three hours. And if the maximum lamp power is set by the dimmer below 30%.

3️⃣ Dimming. The function works similarly to a standard resistor, the lamp power is adjusted in the range of 10-100% of the driver power by turning the encoder knob to the right or left. The set value is retained and is not reset in the event of a power failure. On the screen, dimming is displayed on a scale of 0-100%.

4️⃣Clouds. Randomly sets the number of clouds during the "light day" from 1 to 8. The duration of the cloud is set randomly from 5 to 15 minutes. The attenuation of the lamp (cloud density) is also set randomly from 78% to 35% of the power. At the moment of activation of the cloud, the lamp smoothly reduces power to the lower limit (35-78%) and then smoothly returns to the previous mode of operation. IMPORTANT! The cloud feature can be disabled. Automatically turns off when the lamp power is set to 76% or lower with the dimmer.

5️⃣ If you need round-the-clock operation of the lamp, you should set the switch-on time on the controller to be equal to the switch-off time (any). For example: time on. 08:01 and off time 08:01 or on 21:00, and off. 21:00. The lamp will go into ON mode.

ATTENTION! The driver can be connected to the controller ONLY WITH THE POWER OFF!

Connecting the controller:

There are two free terminal blocks on the PCB board: green and blue.

Green for connecting the control wire from the driver (dimming wire). The polarity of the connection is shown on the board.

Blue for connecting the driver's power wire (HIGH VOLTAGE!). Alternating voltage.

The driver's ground wire is connected to the ground cable through a separate block.
